Halloween Kiddie Train Oct 27th

While our regular Hesston Ghost Train weekends are just a wee-bit scary... some don't even like the mention of the Mad Lumberjack. We don't blame them!

This day is a very fun time with your younger child who likes Halloween but not the scare or ghost stories.

Decorations still are in the woods for you to enjoy along with kids music in the train. This is also a great time to avoid some of our more crowded weekends.

DIY Halloween Kits

posted Sep 19, 2017, 11:48 AM by North Judson-Wayne Township Public Library

These kits (don't forget to include the instructions) could be handed out to Trick or Treaters, sent to school as a treat, or used as a craft at a Halloween party.  You don't need to include glue, markers, needles, or things of that nature when sending these kits home.  If the original design is too big, you can always make it smaller to fit in a ziploc bag.  These are just examples of kits you can create, let your imagination take hold and change them to fit your ideas.

Beaded Necklace - You can also adjust the size to be a bracelet.

Button Necklaces - You could just use a few buttons of the same size to create these.
